At Kingdom Culture Ministries International, we take great pride in the quality and care that goes into our products. Because our offerings come from different fulfillment sources, our refund and return terms vary by product type.

Refund Policy

1. Print-on-Demand (POD) Products

 

Print-on-demand items are made to order and fulfilled through third-party production partners. Because these items are custom-printed for each order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except in the limited circumstances outlined below.

 

Eligible Refund Conditions for POD Items

We may offer a refund or replacement only if:

 

  • The product arrives damaged, contaminated, misprinted, or otherwise compromised in a way that makes it clearly unusable on the first day of receipt.

  • You contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue.

  • The item was not subjected to improper handling, storage, or neglect after delivery.

 

Ineligible Refund Conditions for POD Items

We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

 

  • The product was not stored properly after delivery (e.g., left in the sun, not washed/dried according to care instructions).

  • You changed your mind, dislike, or no longer want the product.

  • You failed to notify us of the issue within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Natural variations in color, placement, or print detail occurred, which are normal in custom printing.

  • Delivery delays caused by third-party carriers occur once the product has been shipped in good faith.

 

2. In-House Digital Products

 

Digital items (including downloadable resources, PDFs, audio/video files, and online courses) are created and delivered directly by Kingdom Culture Ministries International. Because digital files are accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in the rare case of:

 

  • A duplicate purchase of the same product was made in error.

  • A confirmed technical issue on our side that prevents you from accessing the product after reasonable troubleshooting.

 

If the above applies, you must contact us for review within 48 hours of purchase.

 

3. Donated Subscriptions and Subscription Items from The Fermented Life Collective

 

From time to time, Kingdom Culture Ministries International may provide subscription products or items from The Fermented Life Collective: A Create Culture Association to charitable recipients at no cost. These items are produced on a made-to-order basis specifically for the recipient. They are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, except where required by law.

 

By accepting and consuming these items, you acknowledge and agree that:

 

  • Products may include wild and traditionally cultured and fermented foods and raw milk products (including cow, goat, or sheep milk, all A2 when applicable).

  • These products are prepared in non-commercial kitchens and are not subject to state commercial food regulations.

  • You accept all risks associated with storing, handling, and consuming such products, including but not limited to potential allergic reactions, foodborne illness, or other adverse effects.

  • You release, indemnify, and hold harmless Kingdom Culture Ministries International, The Fermented Life Collective, their officers, directors, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your receipt, possession, or consumption of these products, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

 

Recipients who disagree with these terms should decline the donation before accepting delivery.

 

4. In-House Physical Products (Non-POD)

 

In-house physical products refer to tangible goods created, packaged, and/or stored directly by Kingdom Culture Ministries International (excluding POD and digital items). Because these products are often handcrafted, produced in small batches, or prepared to order, all sales are final unless they meet the eligible conditions below.

 

Eligible Refund Conditions for In-House Physical Products

We may offer a refund or replacement only if:

 

  • The product arrives damaged, contaminated, or otherwise compromised in a way that makes it clearly unusable on the first day of receipt.

  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue.

  • The item was not subjected to improper handling, storage, or neglect after delivery.

 

Ineligible Refund Conditions for In-House Physical Products

We cannot offer refunds or replacements if:

 

  • You changed your mind, dislike, or no longer want the product.

  • You failed to notify us of the issue within 48 hours of receipt.

  • There are natural variations in appearance, texture, or flavor, which are expected in small-batch or handcrafted goods.

  • Delivery delays are caused by third-party carriers once the product has been shipped in good faith.

 

5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

 

If you believe your order qualifies under the above terms, please email hello@kingdomculture.me within the stated timeframe for your product type. Include:

 

  • Your full name

  • Order number and purchase date

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product(s) and packaging (for POD items) or screenshots/error messages (for digital items)

 

We aim to respond within 1–3 business days and will work to resolve qualifying matters promptly, either by replacement or refund, at our sole discretion.
