• Participation is voluntary and offered as part of KCMI's charitable, educational, and faith-based mission.

• Activities may include worship services, prayer gatherings, educational classes, counseling, community outreach, retreats, and events involving food, beverages, or physical activity.

• Any food or beverages provided may be prepared in home or church kitchens and are not subject to commercial food regulations.

• You are solely responsible for your health and safety in connection with participation, and you accept any inherent risks (including but not limited to dietary sensitivities, physical activity, or travel).

• You release and hold harmless Kingdom Culture Ministries International, its officers, directors, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability for injury, illness, or damages arising from your participation, except in gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

 

10. Member Communications & Forums

 

When engaging with Kingdom Culture Ministries International in any capacity — including attending events, participating in outreach, joining online programs, creating an account, posting in forums, or communicating with staff or volunteers — you agree to:

 

• Communicate respectfully and constructively, whether in person, by phone, in writing, or online.

• Avoid language, behavior, or materials that are unlawful, threatening, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or inconsistent with biblical principles.

• Refrain from sharing content that infringes on the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality rights.

• Respect the privacy and dignity of fellow participants, volunteers, and staff.

• Understand that KCMI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to moderate, edit, remove, or restrict access to any content, account, or participation that conflicts with our mission, values, or these Terms.

• Acknowledge that repeated or severe violations may result in suspension or termination of your access to KCMI programs, events, or services, without refund, where applicable.

 

11. Submissions

 

KCMI may use any feedback, ideas, or content you share with us for any lawful purpose, including marketing and service improvement. You will not be compensated unless explicitly agreed upon.

 

12. International Users

 

We operate from Hawaiʻi, USA. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

All disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. Arbitration will occur in Hawaiʻi unless otherwise agreed upon. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
